Bringing new hope, new life and new community through Jesus the Messiah.
We are a community of followers of Jesus the Messiah in East London. We are from different ethnic and religious backgrounds and have been blessed by Isa al Masih. We, therefore, want to make his teachings and blessings known to all kinds of people, whatever their background. This includes people from a Sylheti background, as much as anybody else.
Our vision
We want to honour the word of God and to follow the two greatest commandments: to love God and love our neighbours. We long for all people in Tower Hamlets to hear about the peace and hope that can be found in and through the Messiah. We are all learning together about how to serve God in truth and love as we battle sin and its effects.

Sunday meeting
Song, teaching, prayer
Each week, we sing together in Sylheti and English, hear and discuss a teaching from the Holy Scriptures, and pray for each other, our community, and the world. Afterward, we enjoy tea, snacks, and chatting together.
Everyone welcome
All are welcome to join our Sunday meeting, whether or not you’re following Jesus. The gathering is in Sylheti and English and appropriate for all ages. Come to learn, discuss, and know God better.
What to expect
We ensure a safe environment so that everyone can participate. There are opportunities for women to discuss with women, and men with men. A programme for children is run separately with DBS-checked adults.

Our bookshop and library featuring Sylheti, Bengali, and English books. Open Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

English classes for men and women during school term time. Weekly on Wednesdays from 10am.

A casual gathering for arts and crafts while practicing English conversation. Weekly on Mondays from 9:30am.
